What actually exists
- The Welcome Bonus is 30 USD (or 3,000 cents), and it is available only on ProCent and Pro accounts opened in MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 with a USD or EUR base currency.
- Prime, ECN and R StocksTrader are not eligible for it.
- To qualify you must pass passport and address verification, verify a mobile number, and deposit at least 10 USD by card — virtual and prepaid cards do not count.
- It is limited to accounts with leverage up to 1:1000, and participants may not raise their leverage afterwards.
- The code is emailed to you and activated in the Members Area under "Extra Funds" — it is not a public code handed out on websites, and it expires after 30 days.
- The bonus itself is not withdrawable and is deducted on a stop-out, but your own funds and any profit are withdrawable without limitation.
- During a drawdown your own money is spent first, before the bonus credit.
- It is once per client, and the broker reserves the right to withdraw or refuse it without giving reasons.
- Two other standing programmes exist alongside it: a monthly cashback from 10 lots, and a balance-based payment of up to 10% — both are treated as payments rather than bonuses, so they can be withdrawn.

Is there a RoboForex promo code I can enter?
Not a public one. The only code is the single-use welcome coupon emailed to the address you registered with, activated in the Members Area under "Extra Funds" and valid for 30 days. Codes advertised on third-party sites are not issued by the broker.
